Will serves as a Regional Manager at ESS Clinical, where he leads efforts to support school districts across the country in securing high-quality educational and allied health professionals. Drawing from nearly a decade of experience as a special education teacher, along with hands-on experience in both speech therapy and behavior therapy, he brings a well-rounded understanding of student support services and multidisciplinary collaboration.
With a master’s degree in special education from Lamar University, Will combines his educational expertise with a strong commitment to relationship-building and service. He is known for his exceptional interpersonal skills, passion for inclusive education, and ability to align talent with district goals. In his current role, he works closely with school administrators and internal teams to ensure optimal placement, onboarding, and support of professionals in the field.
Before transitioning into staffing and leadership, he spent eight years in the classroom, where he developed and implemented individualized education programs (IEPs), collaborated with multidisciplinary teams, and advocated for equitable services for students with disabilities. Earlier in his career, he also worked as a Speech Therapy Assistant and Behavior Therapy Assistant, giving him valuable insight into the therapeutic services that complement academic success. His first-hand experience in public education and allied health continues to inform his work, making him a trusted partner to both clients and clinicians alike.
