Oren Lavi is a strategic healthcare staffing executive specializing in clinical and related services for K-12 school districts. With extensive experience building and leading high-growth organizations, Oren focuses on developing scalable workforce solutions. He helps school systems address critical staffing shortages and improve student outcomes.
Throughout his career, Oren has successfully led initiatives spanning operations, sales, strategic planning, and service delivery. He has a particular expertise in Managed Service Provider (MSP) programs, bringing together school districts and staffing partners through efficient, vendor-neutral workforce management models that emphasize quality, compliance, and measurable performance.
Known for aligning cross-functional teams around a common vision, Oren is passionate about creating organizations that combine operational excellence with exceptional customer service. His leadership philosophy centers on innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, enabling teams to grow rapidly while maintaining a strong client and candidate experience.

Yeva is the Vice President of Operations at ESS Clinical, leading the daily operations for public schools nationwide and ensuring the efficient placement and support of special education professionals. In her role, she develops and executes operational strategies to meet the evolving demands of school districts. Yeva serves as school districts’ primary liaison, while managing recruiters, account managers, and support staff teams, driving performance and ensuring high-quality services. She is also instrumental in expanding ESS Clinical’s national reach and identifying new partnerships and opportunities in the public education sector across the U.S.
A bilingual speech-language pathologist, Yeva brings much experience from pediatric and educational settings. She earned her bachelor’s degree from CUNY Brooklyn College, NY, and her master’s from Nova Southeastern University, FL. Certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, Yeva has over a decade of experience working in public and charter schools, where she developed IEP goals, implemented treatment plans, and served as a lead therapist for the Pre-K program in Broward County Public Schools, FL. Since joining ESS Clinical in 2019, she has been instrumental in fostering relationships with school districts, overseeing therapists, and spearheading the design, implementation, and management of the Speech and Language Evaluation program for Miami-Dade County Public Schools in Florida.

Christine manages daily operations to ensure the efficient placement and support of SLPs and related specialists across public schools in the Southeast.
Christine is responsible for recruitment and hiring processes, aligning district staffing needs with highly skilled professionals while building strong relationships with school administrators and educational leaders to deliver tailored solutions. She also leads initiatives to improve staff retention by ensuring special education personnel receive health benefits and 401(k) plans and fostering efforts to enhance employee loyalty. Christine earned her master’s degree in speech-language pathology from Nova Southeastern University, FL.

She earned her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Nova Southeastern University, FL, and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competency from ASHA. In 2019, she founded her private practice and partnered with private and public school districts to deliver specialized speech and language therapy and evaluation services as an independent contractor. Her clinical experience has enhanced her ability to adapt to diverse environments and collaborate effectively with allied healthcare professionals to meet the specific needs of varied client populations.
Now serving as a Regional Manager for ESS Clinical, Bianca applies her expertise and leadership to support therapists and contracted school districts. She oversees and optimizes daily operations within her region, ensuring the efficient delivery of staffing solutions, providing staff support, and driving regional business growth.

She has dedicated her career to supporting children across the developmental spectrum, from early intervention through school-aged populations.
In addition to her clinical expertise, Rebecca has a strong background in higher education, having taught both undergraduate and graduate courses in communication disorders at William Paterson University of New Jersey. Her passion for mentoring emerging professionals and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration has helped shape the next generation of SLPs.
As a Regional Manager, Rebecca combines her leadership skills with her extensive clinical and academic background to guide teams of therapists and support school partnerships. She is known for her strategic mindset and compassionate leadership skills.

Christina Shepard is a seasoned speech-language pathologist with a broad range of experience in early intervention, elementary, and high school settings. She has excelled as a lead evaluator for Baltimore City Schools and the North Carolina Infant-Toddler Program, where she specialized in conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments, creating tailored therapy plans, and delivering therapy. Christina employs the Rush and Shelden coaching model to collaborate with parents, helping to maximize student outcomes.
Christina earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and her master’s degree in speech-language pathology from Loyola University, MD, and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competency from ASHA. At ESS Clinical, she combines her clinical knowledge with an in-depth understanding of school environments to provide customized, effective solutions that address each district’s specialized needs. Christina is dedicated to building solid partnerships and consistently delivering exceptional service to support the success of both students and educators.

Blake serves as the Director of Business Development at ESS, bringing nearly a decade of experience in educational sales and a proven track record of driving business growth. With a background in both operations and sales, Blake has successfully developed and launched high-impact campaigns across recruiting, marketing, and client engagement. His ability to build and maintain strong relationships with districts, HR teams, and campus leaders across Texas has made him a trusted partner in education support.
Blake is deeply committed to understanding and meeting each district’s unique needs through personalized communication and tailored program solutions. From the initial contract award to the placement of team members, he ensures seamless coordination, ongoing support, and exceptional service throughout the school year. His leadership and responsiveness help create a smooth and impactful experience for every school partner.
Notably, Blake has supported over 18,000 candidates in meeting certification requirements for Texas Teachers of Tomorrow and the Texas Education Agency. As the sole representative for Arizona’s alternative certification program, he cultivated a healthy talent pipeline and led significant program growth. Blake holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus in marketing.

Tatyana Popel

Tatyana brings a unique blend of business insight and educational expertise to her work. She holds a BS in Business Administration and Business Management from The State University of New York at New Paltz. Early in her career, she worked in New York City as an Office Manager and Executive Assistant for a biopharmaceutical research company, where she successfully supervised the administrative team, managed vendor relationships, coordinated executive calendars and travel, and organized conferences and company events.
In pursuit of her passion for education, Tatyana transitioned to the field and earned an MS in Early Childhood and Childhood Education with Special Education certification from Touro College. With 15 years of experience in education, she has honed her skills in both general and special education settings. Most recently, she served as a Special Education Teacher at Colts Neck School District in New Jersey. In the classroom, she excelled at creating engaging lesson plans, supporting IEP goals, differentiating instruction, and providing behavioral and social-emotional support to her students.
At ESS Clinical, Tatyana is dedicated to meeting the diverse needs of school districts and building strong, lasting relationships. Her combination of administrative leadership and educational experience allows her to provide exceptional support and make a meaningful impact on the communities she serves.

Meredith Sitko is the Senior Vice President at ESS Clinical. She brings 15 years of leadership experience and a deep commitment to improving outcomes for students and school communities nationwide. Her unique background as both a licensed teacher and registered nurse positions her to understand the full landscape of student health and clinical services. She also understands the evolving needs of the schools ESS Clinical serves.
Meredith builds and leads high-performing teams of licensed, credentialed professionals across specialized fields. She works hand-in-hand with school administrators to meet student needs and maintain compliance. She has spearheaded significant programmatic restructuring efforts that improved carequality, cost-effectiveness, and overall service delivery for schools and students. This is all while driving employee satisfaction and organizational health.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Meredith guided a team of over 1,000 employees, maintaining continuity of service and collaborating with the Infectious Disease Team of University Hospitals/UHRainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital to implement a safe and effective return to school. A strategic and innovative leader, she continues to drive initiatives that broaden ESS Clinical’s impact across school districts, ensuring services meet and exceed the evolving demands of educational and clinical communities nationwide.

Robin Caston-Bert is the Vice President of Operations at ESS Clinical. She oversees educational initiatives and the delivery of clinical and therapeutic services across a broad network of school districts and partner schools nationwide. Under her leadership, her department has grown to include hundreds of skilled, credentialed professionals delivering a comprehensive array of specialized services to students.
Robin brings deep expertise in navigating the complex landscape of local, state, and federal funding sources. She ensures compliance with the regulations governing school-based services while maximizing program utilization for the districts ESS Clinical serves. She manages operations across multiple funding channels. Robin also collaborates closely with school administrators, building principals, and families to ensure students receive the support they need.
A Kent State University graduate and licensed speech-language pathologist, Robin’s career spans over 20 years in educational and clinical settings. Her background includes serving as a Speech/Language Field Supervisor and overseeing a wide range of services. These include speech-language pathology, psychology, physical therapy, occupational therapy, TESOL instruction, and behavior specialists.

With a background as an Intervention Specialist, Kristy has spent her career dedicated to ensuring students receive the essential academic and clinical support they need to thrive.
Kristy’s journey in education began in the classroom, where her experience as an Intervention Specialist gave her firsthand insight into the challenges students and schools face. That foundation has driven her passion for helping school districts maximize Title I funding to provide eligible students with targeted support in reading, math, and social-emotional learning, while ensuring full compliance with federal requirements.
In her role at ESS Clinical, Kristy plays a key part in the implementation of scholarship, auxiliary, and TitleI programs, working closely with school administrators to navigate complex funding landscapes anddeliver meaningful outcomes for students.

She has an extensive background in special education regulations and practices at the local, state, and federal levels. This enables her to deliver efficient, effective, and cost-conscious services to the charter and public school districts ESS Clinical serves.
Amanda has earned the trust of school districts nationwide through her steadfast commitment toexcellence and student outcomes. During her clinical career, she played an integral role in facilitating the implementation of Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) at the building level. She also contributed to the development of benchmark and progress monitoring systems utilized across schools.
In her role at ESS Clinical, Amanda provides field supervision for a diverse range of educational professionals including psychologists, counselors, social workers, occupational therapists, physical therapists, TESOL instructors, and teachers. She works closely with her operations colleagues to ensure the seamless provision of clinical and educational services across charter, non-public, and public schools. Amanda leads with professionalism, expertise, and a steadfast dedication to student success.

Her commitment to excellence is reflected in her Nurse Executive Certification, Master’s in Nursing, and Ohio School Nurse Licensure. These credentials strengthen ESS Clinical’s capacity to deliver comprehensive, high-quality school health services.

Faith collaborates closely with school administrators to design and implement programming that addresses the diverse needs of their communities. As a crisis team leader, she provides critical support during emergencies while fostering collaborative efforts that enhance the overall educational experience for students and staff alike.
Faith holds degrees from Baldwin-Wallace College and Kent State University, with a strong foundation in Psychology and School Counseling. Her dedication to education and passion for creating positive, supportive school environments make her a pivotal part of the ESS Clinical team.

Christine specializes in the delivery of virtual clinical services spanning Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, TESOL Instruction, Psychology, and Counseling. She has a remarkable ability to design tailored programs that meet the specific needs of school districts, ensuring students receive high-quality services regardless of the delivery format.
Prior to her current role, Christine served as a Speech-Language Field Supervisor and mentor, supporting the development of clinicians across ESS Clinical’s network.
