Qualifications

 

  • Referrals must be submitted using the referral form before the candidate begins their application.
  • Referred candidates must be brand new to the ESS Clinical application process to be eligible.
  • Referred candidates must be eligible to work and meet role requirements.
  • Referred candidates must complete their application, get hired, and must maintain continuous active assignment for 120 working days.
  • Only one referral bonus is allowed per candidate.
  • Anyone may submit a referral, including employees, contractors, and non-employees. Agencies, third-party staffing firms, and self-referrals are not eligible.
  • The $750 reward applies to full-time, year-round hires. Part-time hire rewards are prorated accordingly.
